Keep faith and believe that you can achieve and the body will follow. Some people need outside influence to reach goals but everything you need is already on the inside of you. Self-time is important, it can include walking, running, reading, swimming, relaxing by a pool or walking on a beach even cooking for some. But spend time with yourself to get to know yourself because the mind and body has to communicate to have a great relationship to be on one-accord. Working with yourself instead of against your self (polluting the mind and defiling the body) will make the picture clear and the journey easier. What we eat and drink actually alters the way we think and feel(ings). Our foods and fluids can dictate our energy output and our body chemistry. We need to eat more nutrient dense foods and phytochemical (plant base) foods Daily. That is what our bodies respond the best without long term damage in most cases (heart disease is the number one killer in United States). High (low density lipids) cholesterol, high blood pressure (body flushing or removing of waste through your blood going to the heart) and diabetes (cells not responding or difficulty of the gland release of insulin) can all be reverse with a change in life style(Daivd’s law stress), eating habits, and fitness.
